By accessing or using the NBTF (Nuclear Blast Testing Facility) desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NBTF provides a desktop companion application for the NBTF Roblox game, including:

  • User registration and authentication
  • Discord and Roblox account verification
  • Real-time chat functionality
  • Wiki and documentation
  • Discord Rich Presence integration

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive
  • Spam, advertise, or promote external services without permission
  • Impersonate other users, staff, or entities
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls

  • Scrape, data mine, or automate access to the Service
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content that violates these standards may be removed, and your account may be suspended or terminated.

5.3 Message Retention

Messages sent through the Service may be stored for moderation purposes. Deleted messages may still be accessible to administrators for a period of time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of NBTF. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of Community Guidelines
  • Harmful behavior toward other users
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security or freedom from viruses

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NBTF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or computer damage
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Actions of third parties using the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NBTF, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
